Re: Traumatic BPI Question

Post by Danny »

Hi Sue,

I also use protein shakes and i take my daily vitamin tablets and try to give my body all the nutriants it needs,

To me I mainly focused on getting back my bycep my hand and forearm muscles, the reason for this is I think that if these 3 muscles functioned at least I can use my arm to pick up things and hold things,to me it would be useless if I had strong shoulders or strong back muscles if I couldn't use my bycep and hand so thats what I decided to put my main focus on these muscles, in the car and every where I went I had my little hand crimper with me and every time I thought of it I would take it out of my pocket and excercise my hand until it got tired and with my bycep I used to try to see how long I can keep it up (only with gravity) when I was out this way i always was doing something on my hand no matter where i was in the day. I did these excercises for years and now i have all of these muscles working, if you saw me on the street you wouldn't know i have a BPI.

This I think helped me good luck
