Thanks for your nice posts and good wishes for Ruthie. We switched pain meds on day 3 and -thank goodness- she stopped feeling so sick.
I think the arm pain is improving, too. I can tell by the way she moves and sleeps that she is not guarding it quite so much.
Had a half day of school today and the teachers have been nice about her missed work. Her guy friends think the proceedure and scar are cool.
She will have her first PT in about 10 days. It will be so interesting/exciting to see what new motion she gains.
