I'll add a PS to Nancy's post to say that Dr. Robert Spinner of the Mayo Clinic studied extensively with Dr. Kline at New Orleans, before he joined Mayo - so you'd be getting the benefit of Dr Kline's techniques via Dr. Spinner. I think he was invited to join Dr. Kline at the time but went on to Mayo, and then Dr. Tiel came on board with Dr. Kline (all that to say, Dr. Kline respected Dr. Spinner's work).
