Courtney we always stay at the Ramada on 16th Street SW and there phone number is 507-289-8866 and they have a pool, computer room, fitness center, game room and we only pay 78.00 a night for 2 queen beds and we even asked for a fridge and a microwave and they are so nice and friendly there and its only about a 3 minute drive to the St. Marys Hospital and they have a shuttle van that will take you there so you don't have to drive address there is 1517 16th ST. SW and real convienient so good luck.... Judy

I was reading the earlier posts & I think Blair meant to say Canadian Honkers was his favorite place to eat, based on the way he wrote about finding good food. And it was our favorite too - I even bought a couple of their beer glasses to bring home as a keepsake. When John got tired of hospital food (basically the day he checked in) I smuggled stuff in for him from Honkers.

Take care everybody, and say 'hi' to the team!

Hi guys~
Just got back a week ago...........stayed at the Marriott Courtyard-RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! It was great. While I was in surgery my husband walked back to the hotel to get things for me and make some calls. It was so nice!! Food was good and the rooms were beautiful. Great service!!! Pool, hot tub and gym. Internet price 89.00 a night. Worth every penny!!!
Classy.

Going back 11-29 and will stay there again. The shuttle is a very nice bus, not a van.

I wish I had that freedom............I 4 children!! They will be in school and I work out of the home. I took off 3 days last week and will have to take more time off in Jan. My husband is taking me and he wanted to do the day trip, too. My baby, john, is not liking his mommy not being able to pick him up and me being gone so much. I really wish I could!!! Boo hoo....:(
