I think that's illegal! (not to release records) No matter if you are on medicaid or what, everyone has the right to obtain their medical records.

Meant to add, I think that's a ridiculous reason - the medicaid thing! Maybe they just thought you wouldn't know any better or wouldn't research it - you show them!
