Allison,
I think that not only your computer hiccuped, but your tolerance toward another person. I can see only one Null posting under this topic, and that person is fair in her sense. My insurance program describes the triangle tilt as elective. I am very confused as to whom that Null was as the source of your objection as disrespectful, you wrote :"maybe afterwards you can post more respectfully."

The only thing that null has done is hinder a childs potential to have improved function.

Allison I agree with Dobry. I don't think null was being disrespectful. She was stating what she believes is true about these surgeries. As you know the topic of surgery is a heated one here. These are reletively new procedures and don't have the prooven track record of other more established procedures. That is NOT to say that it doesn't work. It did for your child. My point is that null wasn't disrespectful just voicing her opinion. I can understand though how you would be offended. I'm sure you feel very strongly about the doctor who helped your child and you want to defend him. Makes perfect sense.
