Hi
Jordanna had nerve testing at 3 months and just over a year...I will admit to leaving my sister in the room the first time because I was crying so hard and the second time I just waited outside crying while my sister stayed in (big chicken that I am)...It was helpful for us as we know know there is no feeling in Jordannas right pointer finger (so we watch for accidents and chewing)

But we found that massage therapy on her right arm and hand has helped alot.

Brandon had nerve testing at 6 months old and didn't even flinch. I was fearing the worst and had back up there if I couldn't handle it, but he didn't even flinh one bit. Gayle

Isn't that a bad thing if they don't flinch? I mean you want them to be able to feel it right? I think my son has quite a bit of feeling in his arm. He reacts when you touch it. I'll often just gently rub my finger over it (almost tickling) and he'll pull it away. So I'm afraid that test might be quite painful...like Amy said it's fine if you can't feel, but the parts that she could feel were awful. Oh-I hate having to make decisions like this! My poor baby..I just don't want him to have to deal with this. It sucks!!!
