Adult who had mod-quad surgery?

I had the mod quad surgery at age 47 and chiefly did it to relieve sharp shooting pains I was having in my shoulder that radiated down my arm from nerve compression. The mod quad did relieve that pain and I gained new movements as well.

Sorry to be slow to answer your query. I am away working in Greece for a couple of months and not able to check in as frequently as I would like.

I think it did help reduce a lot of the pain. I still have pain although it is not as intense as it was before the surgery. I also tend to know my limits now too.
