20/20 Show was wonderful - Kudos to the families!

All I can say is thank you 20/20 and the families who put themselves out there. I can't quite seem to quit crying yet, but it is out of joy for the awareness as well as the feelings it brought back. As always Dr. Laurent and TCH were there for us as well. Thanks to all! Love and hugs all!

I too had tears going while watching the show. It was a great program. We go to court Monday, so this just brought everything back to the day my son was born. Thanks to the families in the videos!!!

Hooray! The word is out. Too bad it focused on the use of videocameras in the delivery room, but still showed the results of bad decisions of doctors. The parents on the show were great! Thank you for coming forward. The children on the show were adorable and so cute

All I can say is WOW!!! This was the best thing ever! It touched me so much and I just cried rethinking about my delivery. This was awesome! Thanks to everyone who put their time into it!!!!!!!!

I went to the ABC website and went to the 20/20 show and e-mailed 20/20 my comments. I practically wrote a book. It helped me a lot dealing with my pent up emotions I had. I would suggest that it might be helpful to everyone also!

YAY!! Finally people know what we and the kids are going through! Maybe hospitals and staff will realize the gravity of the problem.

Maybe if we all went to the ABC site and gave them our mopinions they might be willing to do a show on birth ijuries alone without the focus of the video-taping. I agree, they did a good job. LeeAnne

I am so happy that the term Brachial Plexus Injury was mentioned so many times on prime time television.
FINALLY!!!
Thanks to the wonderful parents who opened up their lives to national tv. You are my heroes!

It was a very emotional moment watching the telecast.

I just want to say how brave you are to share these tapes.
I like Judy T thought I was the only one with this birth injury until I found this board a couple of years ago. Another bpi hug from me (((((hug>>>>

Your should be very proud of yourselves for the courage to show these very heart wrenching moments with the world. This is the first time anyone I know will really understand what happened to me - Thanks to you.
