Marlyn is correct....Ty's injury happened in South Dakota. Shortley after the doc moved to Illinois. We then moved to Salt Lake City and ended up hiring an attorney in SLC. The SLC attorney had to hire a local attorney in Illinois to help with the case. Don't know if that helped any, but good luck.
