Back pain associated with OBPI

I have no idea if these are connected. But the last month or so I've had terrible back pain particularly in my lower back. Most of the time I'm fine until I go to sleep. The longer I sleep the worse it hurts. Usually in the morning I can't move my back and I've also noticed that my arm is a bit weaker at that time too. I've been wondering if it's an overcompensation issue or not related at all. Anyone else have this?
