Peggy -

I was going to add ... I bump with the "bumped" line if I asked a question and no one answered it. For instance, I may have asked the question late one night, and it ends up off the first page by the next day b/c so many others have posted in the meantime. So I have to bring it back to the top, or no one will see it.

I wouldn't have to add a totally new comment to keep it from being deleted, would I?

Janet, if you scroll to the top of the page when you're reading replies, you'll see who posted the most recent reply. Usually, when don't see any new replies in the thread, you'll find that the top says that the most recent reply was from Guest. What I've noticed is it seems like there are often a few consecutive legal-related posts bumped up by Guest. Not to speak for UBPN, but I think when you bump your own thread and just write "bump" it's prob. fine or when you bump any thread and just write "bump" it's prob. okay as long as you're logged in when you post.

OK - Me again - getting involed here again... I think that alien space ships came down and took those posts and planted them in other message boards just to mess with all of us!!!:) LOL LOL (OK - I'm sleep deprived!!)

I do alot of volunteer work myself and I'm sure that what ever is going on is because those people that work their butts off HERE to make this message board possible are doing the best they can to keep things right. And Janet - I also understand you - I've posted and it doesn't show or gets lost underneath the other post so I do understand!! I just think we should be gratefeful that we all have eachother... I best hit the bed now,

As the message board policy states:

"UBPN retains the right to remove offensive material, or material that does not support our mission."

A post that just say "bumped" and has no apparent reason will be romoved by the board moderators. However if a post id bumped and it is aobut a relavant topic that is currently being discussed, it should be fine.

Sadly enough there are people out there who just enjoy wasting the time of the moderators by "bumping" a thread for no reason. If you are bumping a thread for a reason, maybe take a second and say "Here it is, bumped for you" so something like that. Also if you are signed in it would help the moderators to see who is bumping the thread therefor a lesser chance of being deleted.

Thanks Christy.... but as much as we work our butts off here, we would not be here wioth out the community either! Thanks to all who contribute!!
