Ostectomy?? Trying again here... PLEASE HELP!!

My son Ryan (5yr) will have forearm ostectomy on Dec 1 by Dr Davino, Dr Nath performed the TT in May (which looks great), but now Ryan is slightly over supinated, He cannot pronate well enough to use things like a keyboard (Ryan loves to play on the computer and in today’s world is very important). Dr Nath said this might happen because Ryan had ok supination but very bad internal rotation before the surgery. As you all know every BPI is different. Has anybody ever had a forearm ostectomy? I would like to here your story. thanks Wayne
