Angela, I'm a mother from Argentina and I don't quite get what you mean by supinated. I understand the word but I don't know whether you mean touching the mouth with the palm of your hand or being able to supinate at 90 degrees. Will you please let me know?

Supination means that the child's hand is palm up all the time they cannot pronate their hand.

I have a pronated hand that means I cannot supinate at all and I cannot get hand to mouth with my palm facing my mouth. Does that help you?
