I think we have all tried soooo many different ways to releive pain and have been disappointed with results. The mineral ice, at times, has helped. Thanks for that tip Kath.
I have wanted to post my latest results from what I have been doing, but haven't as I did not want anyone to think I'm trying to push or sell product. And I also wanted to wait until I had better results.
I always believed that that our condition could be helped by cell to cell communication that would help repair and restore. I'm in my 5th month of taking a dietary supplement that involves "glyconutrients" that helps support the immune system, and provides the cell to cell communication.
I can honestly say that I have (finally) seen some results. Our conditions, being chronic in nature, takes a lot longer to respond and I am a very impatient person, but I am sticking it out. First I noticed that my rotator cuff pain had lessened. Then I noticed a little relief from the stomach and acid reflux problems. Finally, last week, I began to realize that my erbs arm didn't hurt as much. Especially that deep constant pain. What a relief, I'm not saying it still doesn't ache or hurt, just not as bad. And right now, I can't use it any better, but lessening the pain to, at least a bearable level has been a blessing.
And until the cottonwood trees started shedding it's cotton, I had thought my algeries were better under control. I'm waiting now, to see/feel lessing pain from the osteo porsis (sp) and osteo arthritis not to mention all the other quirks.
After years of trying everything I could ever think of, including med scripts, and several various self healing techniques, I really hope I am on to something.
If anyone should be interested and have questions, please email me privately as I am not trying to sell product. I am an associate member, but only because I get product cheaper that way. I count on a friend of mine to answer my questions as he is far more knowagable than I and he has exerienced far greater results (non erb problems)
PS seems like my posts are always "long" in nature. Guess that means I like to talk or that maybe I need to get a life. LOL LOL.
