That is wonderful! I hope that Katie's experiences go this well too! She will get to start dance fall 2003 (she won't be 3 until that spring) and she has already shown such interest. We take her to her cousin's recitals and it is all we can do to keep her off the stage!

please remind me again what Ian had done the last time. katie is looking at the bicep tendon lengthening and we are trying to find the splinting and recovery specifics. I asked Dr. Nath and he just said splinting is 8 weeks...and what I really wanted to know is what kind of splint..oh well I am sure someone on here will share.

Again, congratulations Ian. Keep us posted on the games.

That is SO GREAT! I love that story. That coach is one in a million...I hope we have a similar story to tell a few years from now. I wish Parker could watch Ian play...he could be his mentor! Where do you guys live? We're in Wisconsin...

Thanks for mentioning this book...is it the one from Sports Illustrated for Kids...cuz I just went and bought this one from Amazon.com. I bought a "used" one in "excellent" condition for $2.48! Can't wait to check it out!
