54 years and left obpi
I for one do appreciate the boards being separate. There are times that only an obpi can relate to some of the issues such as growing up with this problem and how we managed and tried to solve them. Also the parents of obpi children will read these boards with great interest as their children may grow up with some of the same issues. Yes, the injuries are basically the same, but how we got them and how we deal (and have dealt with them) are for the most part different. Only a child can really realize how another child MIGHT feel about the problems they are going through.
So, yes I do thank UBPN for separating the boards. And yes I see no problem with posting on both when one has something helpful and useful to add or just to say hi.
An adult obpi can actually be a child's future. And as adults we have somewhat of an obligation to share as much as we can in hopes that it will help a child's problem as well as their parents having to deal with it. Peace and Blessings to all
