Understand that many children who get this procedure do end up having another surgery down the road and sometimes several more procedures. There are other options available which will give you excellent and even better results while at the same time hand you the idea that no future surgery will be likely. I hope you will be at peace with any decision you make in the end. Good luck.

Hi,
Well my daughter just had the Mod Quad sugerey a week ago. So far things are looking real good. This is the first time that I have seen her arm out to her side and not right next to her. She is 12 yrs old and I had been told that there was nothing that could be done to help her so I just took the doctors word and did nothing. I just wish I knew about the Mod Quad before cause I would have had it done then.
But then the choice is yours to make. The best of luck.
