Oops, my post is suppose to say-I am sorry for those who are suffering from something more serious. Hand, mouth, foot disease seems to subside fairly quickly compared to GA and IgA.

Hi Brandi. My name is Michelle and my daughter JULIA is 14 months old and she has had primary and mod quad surgery. For the last tree weeks Julia had had a rash just like you described and they said it was ring worm also and then they would go away and then reappear somewhere else. Does this mean she has diabetes? What does it mean? I'm really concerned cause she hasn't been eating right since it started. She can't seem to get over 20 pounds. When we woke up this morning they covered her entire stomach, up the back of her neck, under her armpit and all over her thighs. Benedryl helps very little. They were gone for Thanksgiving and back the day after, but only 2 or 3, now they're everywhere. Please e-mail me or even call me 973-838-3594 (N.J.). I'm taking her to the ER now so I will mention GA. Thanks

Dear Brandi,
Thank you so much for your post. My 2 years daughter had Viral BPI when she was 13 months. We found the spot you descriped a couple of times. I did not get your points very well. Would you please contact me at
zzqcsjusa@aol.com to advise more details? Thank you again. Jason

Jason,
I have read a lot of post on this sight, and your was the first that mentioned Viral BPI. At age 34, after an EMG, the neuro. told me I had BP and it was caused from a viral infection. I had surgery in July 04 for a frozen shoulder, and I've been in pt since April 04. Friday 12-10-04 a neurosugeron told me I would never regain full use of my left shoulder. I have trusted these doctors(bone, primary care, neuro) and this is the final out come. I was very upset and shocked.I refuse to accept this and live my life without use of my shoulder. I'm open to any advice that you can offer.
Thanks
Renee'
