Any one had this for biceps? I am interested in some infor. Once again considering another op and not sure which route to go... thanks!

Hey Court, I thought you were going for the gracilis transfer to your bicep? It's good you have more transfer options to consider. Hopefully someone around here has had a pec transfer so you can get more info for your decision.

I have been talking aobut the gracilis transfer for a while now but have always wondered aobut a second opinion. It is my understanding that the gracilis is for those who have nothing there. I have some biceps just not strong enough against gravity. It needs some help. So while I was at camp I talked with one of the TBPI guys there and this was suggested. Im researching it now to see what I can find. Sounds much easier than the gracilis, much shortere op and much less down time! With being in grad school now, I Dont have much down time at all.
