Heyy..Couple of weeks back I noticed a slight Shoulder movement (arm moving away frm the body) whenever I take a deep breath.

I checked with my doctor and he was happy to see the improvement..

Now I need to re-educate my brain to start moving the arm without needing to breathe in.

Way to go..but..a fliker of hope is all that is needed...
