Ive been discharged from PT 3 months ago. When I was discharged,I could lift the arm to like 150 degrees, now Im around 135.Ive been doing an independent program there to at least keep what I got now.(the 135)I still cant lift anything.Things were going good when I was under their care and just like that......Im on my own.Have any of you been in PT for years and then go on your own and actually get some muscle back? Thanks
Any hope for more improvements?

if your losing range of motion after being discharged your probably not doing your streaching an range of motion excersise enough. if you been in pt for years and have been discharged you know the excersises your therapist does and should be able to do them on your own.. if your doing strength training excersise your muscle should slowly return..
theres always room for improvment!!
Good luck..
