- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: I am ROBPI, global injury, Horner's Syndrome. No surgery but PT started at 2 weeks old under the direction of New York Hospital. I wore a brace 24/7 for the first 11 months of my life. I've never let my injury be used as an excuse not to do something. I've approach all things, in life, as a challenge. I approach anything new wondering if I can do it. I tried so many things I might never have tried, if I were not obpi. Being OBPI has made me strong, creative, more determined and persistent. I believe that being obpi has given me a very strong sense of humor and compassion for others.

Re: Magnets and bracelets
I just wanted to let you all know that the response for these has been terrific and how much we all appreciate your support. To date, we have sold 997 wristbands (and had to reorder from the company already) and around 450 magnets.
The funds raised from the magnet and bracelet sales will be added to the sponsorship funds to bring families to camp, who otherwise could not afford to come. I am sure those families are grateful as well.

Re: Magnets and bracelets
Everyone in my family is wearing one! My son (he's 5) was upset
because no one had asked him what it was for, so he just decided to start telling the teenagers and camp counselors all about BPI and why he was
wearing his bracelet on his left hand (his idea) in support of his sister and to help save other babies!
I love the bracelets and the magnet! I kept the bell part on the refrigerator so it's something new visitors are always asking about!
These are such great awareness items!
