Hi all, i just got back from my operation and feeling a bit sore. Dr Biggs did a nerve transfer to a muscular branch below my armpit running down to my elbow. Everything went well and expect progress in about 2\3 months. This op only went for 5 hours which is better than 12 like last time,im not as bad as then.

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: MVA in 2001, nerve graph in 2002, Median Nerve Transfer in 2004 and an unsuccessful Gracillis Muscle Transfer in 2006. I am living life and loving it! Feel free to contact me :)

Hi Dean,
Glad to hear the surgery went well. I was unable to get to hospital to visit you, but did ring the hospital several times to try and talk to you, but first you were in recovery and then not in your bed and then the phone wasn't connected. Sorry we didn't catch up but I will send you an email and catch up with you that way...take care Michael
