Dr. Wolfe (sorry forgot his first name) at the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan is rated one of the best Hand/Brachail Plexus surgeons in NY. I met up w/him but ended up going to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minn. (which he recommended as well) because the nature of my injury and the team at the Mayo had better options. He's a great Dr. & an honest man as far as I'm concerned. The New Yorker magazine did a write up on all of NY's best Drs. and he was #1 for hand surgery. Hope this helps, best of luck.

Dr Wolfe did 2 surgeries on me, one a ulnar transposition and the other a thoracic outlet decompression and brachial plexus neurolysis.

Dr. Wolfe is a completely amazing doctor, and a real people person. He also is one of the only doctors I've ever been to that takes patients early.

His office is on 72nd and York in NYC. He performs most surgeries at Hospital for Special Surgery. I had 2 great experiences at that hospital.

All the best,
Gillian
