I forgot to say that besides hands, the nurse was told to apply fundal pressure, which unfortunately she did.

Vacuum (which kept popping off she was pulling so hard), then hands, and fundal pressure by the OB tech....
my bubba had a massive hematoma on his head from the vacuum which took 5 months to go away

First vacuum, then forceps, then fundal pressure, then hands and then she was finally out and bruised all over.

Forceps were used, but in the end it was HANDS that caused the injury.
