How long did it take for you to be able to bend your elbo w without having to make a fist and bend your wrist? Is it guaranteed to work without having to make a fist, or is it only for those lucky enough?

Instead of making a fist , try opening your hand (as if to shake someones hand) should have the same affect

yes, I should have mentioned that I could do that. Are you able to do it without having to use your hand at all?

I can now yes, i think to bend the elbow and it bends, Maybe im realy thinking to bend my fingers.

who knows either way it will come natural eventualy
