20/20 Show was wonderful - Kudos to the families!

Post by Gayle »

Girls you looked fantastic! I was really proud to see both of you on the show. Your children are just adorable.

Thanks for getting the word out.

I almost wanted to count the number of times Brachial Plexus was mentioned.

Yes!! I agree kudos to the families who did the show and to 20/20 for doing this. I'm so happy that they interview Dr. Laurent and showed the SOL splint! Hopefully, this will get some more awareness out there!

Great show! It made my husband cry to "re-live" that night. I hope they do more shows like this!

Hooray for all of us! All I can say is it brought tears to everyone's eyes, I had friends and family calling from all over with tears and kinds words. I just wished it was longer but it's definitely a start! It was like the whole segment was on bpi's! I just want to hug all of you out there, we have all been through so much... Love you all, great jobs to these families, you're wonderful! Chins up everyone! Natalie

I don't even know how to start. The segement was just great. It brought up a lot of emotion that I wasn't prepared for. I had to be alone while watching it...couldn't even have Mitchell in the room with me. Maybe I'm feeling guilt or something. Or maybe I was afraid of having him see me cry. I don't know.

Gregg watched the program downstairs. I think he intentionally went down there so he could be by himself too. He came upstairs and said "It was just like what happened to Mitchell. Exactally." I couldn't even respond with words. Only with tears. I have a lot more inside, but can't get it out.

To those of you who participated in tonight's program, great job. Your children are beautiful. Hug them extra tight tonight.

I'm gonna go smooch on my Mitchell now.

Love to all,
Missy
