James has had his pec transfer and has reported that all went well and he gets the splint off March 14th!
Just thought I would bump this info up from the bottom of another post, so we could all welcome him back and wish him well!
I wish you all the best James and look forward to
an update when you can.
I am sure there are others on the board besides myself who would love to hear more about this surgery...but for now, rest and recoup.
Thank you for thinking of us and letting us know that all is well!
Best wishes for James!

Re: Best wishes for James!
Hi folks!
Well despite being signed off work until at least a week after the split is taken off, I managed to get a return to work certificate! I was just to bored at home.
I feel good and the shoulder is comfortable I guess that’s because of this cast/split, the area where the tendon was taken was a still is a swollen and I had to use a crutch for roughly 10 tens, it was very painful, looked and felt like is was broken!
Please do asks if there is any more info I can give
And thanks for your kind wishes, James
