the trial for my lawsuit starts this wednesday so i'll be up in hartford for awhile.
its going to be a fight because of one stupid doctor. i went to see a neurologist to be accessed if i had a neuroma over my tos surgical site and needed surgery to remove it. his conclusion was that my pain was psychological even though he also concluded that i had lost 50% of my ulnar nerve function from the bp down. (it only used to be 20% up until a year ago)
so because of him, my entire case is in jeopardy.
so please keep me in your thoughts!

Re: wish me luck
I have been down the same road with my GP. I will never understand why these doctors insist on labeling everything they do not fully understand as psychological. This kind of arrogance can harm a patient irreparably! Despite this, I wish you all the best and you get the justice you deserve in your trial Wednesday. Never give up the fight!

Hi Gillian, I saw your post on the EZ board about this in the compensation thread too.. Can your solicitor refer you to a BPI qualified consultant? I know Simon Kay from St James's in Leeds does legal medico reports, and there are other BPI docs down south too. Good luck with your case, i've been there and its a nail biting process.
