Video desposition
Our attorney had a video deposition with Dr. Nath this morning in Houston. Does anyone know how this exactly works in court and how it appears, has anyone had a trial where they have used a video desposition?? We go to trial next month, April 29, I can't believe it that after 3 1/2 years, it's finally here. I'm so ready, excited, and nervous. I think I may need some nerve meds- HA! Wish us luck! Nat
Re: Video desposition
Yeah...almost over. Just hang in there and keep us posted. I hven't seen a video deposition but I have wirnessed one where the dr. did not come but a clerk read his repsonses to the questions. It lacked sadly I have to say. BUT I don't imagine Dr. Nath's lacking anything! He is so awesome when it comes to these kids.
Best of luck and many prayers

Natalie,
We had Dr Shenaqs vidiotaped testimony at my son's trial. He did a good job although it lacked the punch of a live witness. He was taped after working 14 hours of surgery and was very tired. He also stated that after my son's surgeries his injury was mild which hurt us in the monatary value of our case. We did win however so I would say it was a good thing. Good luck
