Excruciating Elbow Pain

What would cause severe pain in the BPI elbow? James was bending his BPI arm with his good arm and started screaming in pain! Any clues?

I cant tell you why but I get that severe pain in my elbow occasoinally too. I havent linked anything to it yet it usaully occurs on high pain days bur sometimes i get a quick sharp pain there on good days too. Mine feels like someone is driving a hot spike in my elbow from the backside with a hammer. Once i inadvertantly burnt it on a hot plate and i had a very similiar pain but hours after i had burnt it. I discovered it because it hurt exactly where i was burnt. The only thing i could figure out i had a hot plate of macoroni in front of me 2 hours before it must have burnt me then. Weird stuff. Hopefully others can help you more.
