I am waiting to do some scar massage on my c-section incision (and have the ok from my doc) but I don't know how to do it!!! I found a little on-line that described it but not enough to feel comfortable doing it...can any of you help me? Also have any of you used Merderma or something like that to help the scar not be as noticable? Does it work well or should I just do the massage or how about vitaman E oil?

I did not use scar message on my C-Section because it was very tender for a long time. But 16 months later you can't even see it anyway. When my daughter had her nerve graft and mod quad I used baby oil gel with Vit E. Her scars look great. They are very flat and blend with her skin. Good luck.
