I came across a website that had some info. on shoulders. It isn't much, but it's in very simple terms and if you click on "Anatomy" there's also a very basic drawing with explanations of the different parts. I just thought I'd share it b/c I found it helpful and much easier to understand than some of the technical sites out there.
