- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: I am ROBPI, global injury, Horner's Syndrome. No surgery but PT started at 2 weeks old under the direction of New York Hospital. I wore a brace 24/7 for the first 11 months of my life. I've never let my injury be used as an excuse not to do something. I've approach all things, in life, as a challenge. I approach anything new wondering if I can do it. I tried so many things I might never have tried, if I were not obpi. Being OBPI has made me strong, creative, more determined and persistent. I believe that being obpi has given me a very strong sense of humor and compassion for others.

Re: Shaking
Yes mine does... but less since I have aged. I don't know why but it shook quite a bit when I was young. I tried to use the touch pad on laptop and I find I can't control the right thumb to do it because it shakes too much.

Re: Shaking
My daughters hand has shook since the beginning. Anytime she tries to do anything fine motor, it shakes, sometimes as badly as you would find with Parkinson's disease. We're all just used to it now.
Re: Shaking
Mine shakes when I reach the extent of what I can do. So if I try to fully extend my fingers, then they begin to shake. Same is true with raising my arm. If I take it to the highest point (for me, now around 100 degrees) and hold it there, it is ok, if I try to raise it higher, it begins to shake.

Re: Shaking
ditto the above. If I try to go too far, it will shake. My BPI arm exhausts easily too.
