Sad news for Chicago BPI Support Group

Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: 10 year old Jessica born on 9/6/03 with a LOBPI.
Mostly recovered, no surgery, still has remaining functional deficits
including no active external rotation.
Location: The Woodlands, TX

What terrible news. What a tremendous loss. My heart and deepest sympathies go out to his family.

On behalf of the committee and members of The Erb's Palsy group here in the UK I would like to offer my sincere comdolences to The Turano family and the Chicago support group and it's members.

I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Mike, however, I am sure he is a great guy. My prayers are with his family as well at this difficult time.

Does anyone know what Mike passed away from. It has been hard for me to comprehend his death as I had just spoken to him at the picnic and he seemed fine, and in good spirits. He touched my heart at the picnic, and I will always remember him.....
