Someone please advise..

I'm due to have a DREZ surgery on the 12th of July, and I am very worried about it at this point. I have not found any good news on this procedure most of it is bad and I've been told that it was my best choice for stopping the horrible pain I'm in. Please advise me of what to expect, and what outcome that you have had with this procedure..
