Question re: clothing post Mod Quad on adult women

I am planning to have surgery in Feb.2005 and I have been wondering about what type of clothing I will need to be getting. I live alone and so I what to make sure that I will be able to put clothes on that I can do one handed. I was also wondering about bras. How did you accomodate those.
