has anyone had successful surgery

hi, has anybody had successful surgery or heard of anyone having successful surgery if so please can you tell me all the details e.g how soon after injury was surgery performed? what movement do you/they have what part of hand/arm can they move. im interested to know the rate if its high or low and what to expect.
