Indeed one of the top in the UK

I’m under the care of one of his colleges. During my last stay at Stanmore spoke to other patients whom are under his care and very happy to be so.

Professor Birch is one of the bpi specialists in our medical resource directory. He is a highly respected and well published researcher and doctor. You can find the answers to the questionnaire he answered for us by going directly to this page:

Hello Guest Professor Birch is one of the leading experts in BPI - as many of the participants on this board will tell you.
Has your son had an opportunity to meet Prof Birch yet? has he had his injury very long?
I'm sure you son will benefit from checking out the message board mentioned in the post from Court.
Best wishes

Yes...He was my surgeon and I can't speak highly enough of him.

He did my surgery 11 years ago in Stanmore, and I am still under his care, because once you have been a patient of his, you remain so for as long as you feel you need to be. He holds regular clinics for 'long termers' at several hospitals in the UK.

Proff. Birch and the team at Stanmore are highly experienced with treating these injuries, both adults and children, and have taught many other Doctors who are now running their own clinics and performing surgery on BPI. I have to add that he is also very well respected by his peers from all over the world as I saw at the Paris symposium 3 years ago.

Your son is in very experienced hands...oh and just a quick plug for the TBPI Group;0); Proff Birch is very supportive of everything we are trying to do! :0)

Best wishes to you and your son...
