Ambroise Orthotics

Post by MarcsOnFire »

Hello Everyone.

Has anyone tried or know of anyone whose tried the supports from these people???

http://www.ambroise-uk.com/home.html

I'm going to a wedding soon and I've been asked to be an Usher. I don't really wanna wear a sling, put my hand in my pocket or just let it hang. I'm interested in the Wilmur Carrying Orthosis as it looks as though it would be good to wear under my suit.

I emailed the guys on the site to ask if the "contraption" can be straightened to give a more 'natural' look when worn under clothing. They replied yes it could be straightened to 45%. That was all they said though. They forwarded a number also which I will call but I just wanted some feedback first from people who may have used it.

I just wanna know what it's like comfort wise, ease of use, cost etc and anything that may be helpful.

Cheers for any help or info you all may be able to give on this

Marc

P.S. I'm total left TBPI

There was a woman who posted about this a long time and that's how I got the link and put it on my site. I think that if you called the company - they may be able to give you names of other people with bpi's so that you can call them and find out from them? If you do this please let me know so I can update my site? If you do get it I certainly hope it works out for you.

Is there any way you can get it on a trial basis? Try it and if it doesn't work you send it back?
