Roll sleeves or hem sleeves?

I thought I was the only person in the world who had this problem. From looking around the forum I now know I am definitely not alone. I usually just leave the sleeves as is, which means the one sleeve covers my hand, and hope no one notices. Are there any clothing companies who cater to people with limb-length discrepancies? It would be nice if there were because I couldn't sew a stitch to save my life. Rolling never seems to stay so if you have the talent I would suggest hemming.
