Do you use e-stim? How do you use your e-stim machine? Time, what muscles, daily?

Hi I use TES at night while I sleep and NMES 2x during the day for my shoulder and biceps area. Each person/ injuryh is different so talk with a PT or a doctor about these. Any more questions, feel free to email me. courtney@ubpn.org
