Hey Kathleen

Post by Joy in FL »

Hey Kathleen,

Thanks for the note on one of the other threads! I am hanging in there. Having one of the BP rough nights but we all know how they go!

Adam is doing wonderful. He only has a few more days of the fall term left. He took a graphic design class this semester and LOVED it. Thank goodness since that is the field he is planning on going in to! He is still working at UPS. Has been there a year and a half now. My baby will turn 20 on Christmas Eve!

Hope this finds you and your family all doing well. Are you ready for the holidays?

Hi Joy

So nice to see you posting on the boards. I know what you mean about bpi nights and moments. I still get them and still have to work past them.

I am so glad to hear Adam is enjoying college and is going into Graphic Arts. One of my daughters has a degree in Graphic Arts she did that because it was her first love. Her other degree is a BS in math that she did for fun... go figure that one out... I never did... LOL...

Yes we are getting ready for Christmas and busy with the all the grandchildren. You made a good point on the other board when you pointed out that we limit ourselves. I have been so busy with my grandchildren and my own adult family I don't have time to worry about what I can't do. I try to focus like you on all the things and can do and also finding ways to do things that challenge me... LOL...

I just found a gaget for blowing my hair dry without putting the bpi arm on the wall... I am so excited it came yesterday. I will try it out then post it. It was only $20.00 and holds the dryer high in the air...

Off to wash my hair and try it before finishing my Christmas Shoppiing...

I hope you enjoy Christmas and have a very Happy Adam's Birthday Christmas Eve... wow 20 already... time sure is moving fast.

Please don't be such a stranger to the boards... I missed you great insight.
