I appologize for not doing this sooner, I was so excited when I found you all that I just jumped right into it. I have two daughters, Ashley and Francis, hence frashley. Ashley is six years old and has erbs palsy of the right shoulder. She was born at 38 weeks and weighed 7lbs 14 0z. When she was born her doctor suggested she may have a broken scapula, the next morning the pediatrican on call, asked me what the heck happened? Well she got stuck. Anyway, we live in a little town north of Vancouver, BC, in Canada and up until one year ago did not even know that there was an Erbs Palsy group in Vancouver. So we went and now we are waiting for surgery. Ashley is looking forward to having improvment in her shoulder. Francis was born by c-section and weighed almost a pound more than her sister, she is well. Hello to everyone from us all.

Hi there. My name is Christy. I'm glad that you are finding some answers here and I'm also glad that you explained "frashley"! I was curious:) I have a 9-11/12ths year old daughter named Brittney(will be 10 next month)with a left BPI (born in 1992). (CW - my initials) (CW1992)She has not had any surgeries and has a moderate injury. I also have a younger daughter Sabrina who is 5-1/2. Lately when I try to call both of them at once I end up yelling "SaBrittney" so I understand "frashley"! I know that I've learned so much on this board and I hope you do too. We all learn from eachother.
