Lawsuit Settlement

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share a little bit of good news. We had our mediation hearing Monday and everything went great. We really didn't have a hard time reaching an agreement with the other side. The mediation hearing started early in the morning and ended early afternoon. We were so excited with the settlement we recieved. We were told that we recieved the largest settlement ever in a bpi case to date without having to go to trial. Finally, some justice for Rain. I never thought that things would turn out so well for us, but I am glad that they did. Well, I just wanted to share that bit of good news with you all. Take care,

In your settlement agreement, were you required to agree to keep the name of the obstetrician confidential? I recently saw this in another settlement.

That is great news. It's a shame the battle we have to go through for our children. What state do you live in? I know all states are different with their outcome.
