To-Francine --have a question

Post by suzann4 »

Hi Francine, I have a question. Even though Jaime is doing rather well, she still needs to see a doctor atleast once a year. Right now she sees a orthopedic doctor. I am in the process of finding a new one. Should she still see a orthopedic physician or someone who handles the nervous system? My husband will not drive to Phila. I need to find someone here in New Jersey. Do you know of anyone? Or how do I go about finding one in my state? Is there a doctors referral on the internet? Thanks for you help.

Suzann - if she only needs to see a doctor once a year - then come to a picnic where the TCH docs come to and have them check her out. There's one in PA - there's one in Boston (if they do it again) - one in Baltimore - one in Ohio - one in Florida. And then you'll also get to meet a whole lot of families and kids as well. It's good support to meet up with everyone. As soon as I hear wind of the definite dates - I will post them on my site and post the link on here. How does that sound?

Suz...

If you live in northern NJ there is a neurologist that has seen some bpi babies... I think his name is Adler in Ridgewood is that close to you.
