epidural? anyone for winged scap. LTN?

Hi has anyone ever had an epidural for a winged scap, or LTN damage? One of my Docs keeps insisting that I have this done.......anyone? dangers of it? Says that my brain and nerves are confused!
My pain Doc told me no, she said that it would not help me at this point. I have a doubled wing scap, injured from repitious work.....my neck is a mess, no one will touch me except this wc doc? is that the clue there wc? ..........wings
