We use a humidifier which is pretty loud and we also have soft new agey music on in the background....
She has a pretty high fever today so that could be part of the sleep thing....at least for this week. I don't know how moms who are in full time jobs do this - I haven't gotten any kind of decent sleep in 5 weeks and my functional level is really low.

High fever, chills, shaking, ear aches, gloopy nose...now on Cefzil. At least she's not vomiting. We had that happen in the SOL splint - I am praying we don't have a repeat of that. Vomit in a splint is the worst! Thanks for asking :)

thanks for asking! she had a couple of really sick days and today she woke up as if nothing happened!! She looked so good that I bundled her up in snow pants et al and she romped in the snow! (I have pictures up in the capsulodesis journal) She has no school this week so she has a whole week to recoop, too. Last night Lou and I actually got a little break. She slept straight through until 3 am. But what was funny was that we stayed up until 1 am waiting for her to get up - (he has been going to bed at 9 and waking up between 11 and 1 am and that's about it) and we watched tv thinking that it looks like she's going to sleep through the night. And the second we shut off the tv and laid our heads down....SCREAM...MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY.... lol so we didn't get any sleep after all! LOL
