help with posting please

hi everyone,
I'v just got back from phisio today & they told me of 3 or 4 other blokes currently attending who have bpi's ,these lads all came off of motor bikes (one of thems a copper steve)and they are very keen to talk to other people in our position,i'm not sure that they even know each other but they defanatly dont know about us or these boards......in fact one of them is even trying to set up his own web site,
my physio says she will tell them all about these boards but i said i would post her the address in an e-mail ,how do i do this??? doh i guess computers just aint my thang!

Hi Karl, i think i know what you mean, if you go to the site you want to link, then left click and drag the cursor over the site URL in the top bar - if you right click it then choose copy then right click again and choose paste in your email its then in the mail.. did that make sense? can you see why id never be a damn puter expert?? Or failing that tell the guys to logon to ubpn.org they cant get that wrong!
